Hi there! I’m Mishalle Maglione—founder of Organized Clearly, chaos-calmer, and proud twin boy mom wrangling life in Atlanta, Georgia.

Originally from Sacramento, California, Mishalle traded valley oak trees for peach trees in 2018—and Atlanta quickly became the place she grew her roots, her family, and eventually, her business.

With a background in Dance (yes, she can plié and label a pantry) and a Master’s in Higher Ed Administration, Mishalle has always been drawn to the art of structure and flow—whether it’s in movement, in systems, or in a toy-strewn playroom. Her organizing journey started informally in 2020, helping friends and family find peace in their spaces, and turned official in 2024 when she launched her professional organizing career.

As a NAPO member, Mishalle is constantly sharpening her skills and staying on top of the latest ways to bring clarity to cluttered lives. What's her happy place? Kids' rooms, nurseries, and any area that needs a fresh, functional reset.

This is Shawnna — CMO of Organized Clearly, mom of (almost) two, pack leader to three pups, and firm believer that calm spaces = calm minds.

Originally from Sonoma, California, Shawnna made her way through Louisiana before landing in Georgia, where she now juggles motherhood, marketing, and the magic of a well-organized pantry. With a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Mass Media, a master’s in Education, and an unshakable commitment to personal development, she brings both strategy and soul to the Organized Clearly mission.

A proud sorority woman and wellness enthusiast, Shawnna is passionate about women’s health, holistic living, physical fitness, and helping fellow moms reclaim their peace—starting with their spaces, which leads to healthier and calmer mind. Who doesn't want more capacity for all things life has to offer? Whether she’s labeling bins or leading brand strategy, she thrives on transforming overwhelm into order.

Shawnna finds genuine joy in calm, beautiful environments and loves working alongside her best friend (and CEO) to help others achieve the same clarity in their homes and lives.

Meet James — CFO of Organized Clearly, Wife to the CEO, and chief lifter of heavy things. 

California-born, Atlanta-adopted since 2016.

Armed with a business degree and years of experience wrangling numbers at corporations, banks, and startups, James knows how to balance a spreadsheet and a moving dolly. He met Mishalle in 2018, and she didn’t just help organize his space — she helped organize his life.

James is a firm believer that everything (and everyone) deserves a home, and nothing beats the calm of a clean, well-ordered space — except maybe a perfectly executed move.
